Online Training Best Updated with a Learning Management System

I think this blog hit the nail on the head. I was such a skeptic of training till I gave in and tried it. It is amazing all the features it has that really does make your life easier. There is one course I have that the material is constantly changing depending on the company. The material would essentially be the same but I wanted to customize the material to each company, so I would have to make thousands of different PowerPoints all on the same thing but for different companies. With LMS it allows me to go into my system revise and modify whatever I want. This has been my saving grace. This is something that businesses or organizations should really check out especially if they have employees or members in distant places.
